Chiswick Roundabout B and Q site

B&Q site redevelopment

Update 12/06/2017

Developers Reef Estates are holding a public exhibition on their proposals to redevelop this site on Chiswick roundabout, opposite the site proposed for the 32 storey “Chiswick Curve” which was refused by Hounslow Council. The exhibition will be held at the London Museum of Steam and Water, Green Dragon Lane, Brentford TW8 0EN. between 16.00 and 20.00 on Monday 19th June and Tuesday 20th June.

The developers have described this as an “employment led” development. It would be called “Hudson Square”, after the public square which would be at the centre of the development surrounded by shops and restaurants. The development would include offices, a hotel, car showcase, student accommodation and flats. We will be taking a look and liaising with community groups across the river to consider the impact on the area, including on Kew. An application to Hounslow Council is expected in November 2017.
