We commented on this application for a change of use from office accommodation on the ground floor to a 2 bedroom flat to ask whether the Kew Green elevation could be restored to its original Georgian fenestration design and whether reinforced glass without railings could be considered for the basement light well to reduce the impact on the front garden and southern elevation.

The application has been approved with some provisos on design.
