Fun at the KHS Show

We were incredibly lucky to have glorious weather for the Kew Horticultural Flower & Produce Show on Kew Green last Saturday, now in its 73rd year.

Congratulations to all those hard working volunteers from the Kew Horticultural Society.

Here are a few photos of the day.

A very popular Hustings was once again hosted by The Kew Society and expertly chaired by Malcolm Welchman at the Barn Church Attwood Avenue, Kew on Thursday 15th May 2014 for the forthcoming elections on May 23rd.

Altogether we had 9 candidates speak from the Labour Party, Liberal Democrats Party, Conservative Party, Green Party and an Independent candidate. UKIP were unable to send anyone due to illness. Over 100 Kew residents came to hear the candidates speak about their policies and answer questions submitted by some of the audience.
