We have commented on the proposed construction of a 4 bedroom house with 2 car parking spaces and refuse, recycling and cycle storage and replacement of part of the boundary wall with gates and railings to provide new pedestrian and vehicular access and selective tree clearance with replacement hard and soft landscaping.

We made a general observation to ask for conditions for an effective scheme of tree screening around the proposed development and that the style and character of predominantly family houses in the road be maintained in the future with consent clearly restricted to a single residential unit whose use cannot be increased for example by subdivision.
